As President, Doug is instrumental in shaping the company’s expansion and growth strategies. Known for his hands-on, people-first approach, Doug’s leadership style balances strategic growth with a deep respect for customers, Professional Drivers and teams.
Brent Hebert oversees all human resources, talent management, technology, and risk management operations within the organization. As a driver of efficiency and process improvement, Brent collaborates closely with leadership teams to streamline organizational workflows, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and develop strategic plans that align with the company’s goals for growth and expansion. A key ongoing objective is to establish Dupré as the ideal workplace.
